Creative/Creative Producer
We are currently looking for a freelance mid or senior Creative/Creative Producer to join our team in Madrid and support us with the creative and production work across content, editorial and activation projects focused on football culture.- +5 years of experience in creative and/or production work across commercial, editorial and irl events, sports-focused.
- Strong understanding and interest on football and contemporary culture.

Able to build a brief for campaign shoots, digital content creation or events (concept, crew curation, location, production, scheduling).
- Able to lead production or design processes.
- Skilled in Adobe Tools, iWork, G Workspace.
- Good organizational, time management skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, proactive and determined attitude.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Spanish & English (written and spoken).
- Experience on research projects
- Experience in print editorial design
- Experience on content creation
- Writing or editing skills, or at least the judgment to direct whoever writes
- Expertise and codes understanding across social media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, TikTok)
- Figma and Notion knowledge
